Coordinator presents the project from the managerial pointofview, providingdetailsonthe budget and the other main elements as reporting, dissemination and quality control and assurance. Main tasks are explained and partners are explained their specific tasks in the project for its lifetime. Products are introduced.

As a project management tool coordinator offers Google Drive account and partners agree on using it. Each product leader will be responsible for setting the data for their products’ folder and they overlook partners’ production process.

Presentation on production by Spanish partner. Each product is presented under the activities and task for of view. Leader of production are explained what is expected from them and the products’ criteria and goals are cleared and discussed.

During initial presentation, partners offered past experiences and products that will be used to produce the products in this project. Most of them are very relevant. The coordinator, GminaPrzygodzice from Poland presents themselves, and all the contractual details. They provide the partners precise information on each aspect of the project and the contractual process with the Agency and the one with each partner.
